Our Rates
Double Room: from € 80.00 to € 120.00 (per person)
The rates include, accommodation, breakfast, use of all common areas of the facility, and everything listed in the services offered.
The rates do not include services on request. Third bed reduction.
Tourist tax € 1.00 per person per day not included in the room price.
SERVICES ON REQUEST: must be agreed in advance (at least one day before) and are subject to extra payment.
Terms and conditions for your stay at La Kasa di Katia
CHECK IN 2:00 PM-5:00 PM | CHECK OUT 10:00 AM
(any arrivals after 7:00 PM must be arranged in advance).
At check-in, a photo ID will be required.
Cancellation and refund:
within 7 days prior to arrival, you are required to pay the equivalent of 1 night
within 24 hours prior to arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, you are required to pay for the entire booked period
PAYMENT: in cash, VISA or Mastercard credit card.
BREAKFAST: Breakfasts also include food for guests with allergies or intolerances, upon notification.
Upon request, breakfast can be served outdoors or in the room.
PETS: not allowed.
